William and George Wise came out to Hobart Town in the early 1820's.  George went on to be a Publican and Ginger Beer Brewer.

Whilst William was a Druggist in Elizabeth Street Hobart.

Both George and William had bottles made by either Jonathan Leak or John Moreton Potteries of Sydney.

There are 3 marked varieties known
